News
James Comer won the Republican nomination for Kentucky’s 1st Congressional District and is seeking a sixth term in the U.S. House. He also commented on the GOP primary in Kentucky’s 4th District, saying Thomas Massie’s defeat was expected because of voter frustration with Massie’s breaks with Donald Trump. Comer said he was not surprised by the result, and Trump-backed challenger Ed Gallrein won that race.
