Jesse Vodvarka lost the Republican primary for Pennsylvania’s 17th Congressional District to Tony Guy. With nearly all precincts reporting, Guy led 52.2% to 45.7% and will move on to face Democratic Rep. Chris Deluzio in November. Vodvarka had been one of the GOP candidates in the race, but the latest results show he did not win the nomination.
