Abortion & Reproductive Rights

Supports codifying federal protections for abortion and has co-sponsored legislation to protect abortion access; has publicly emphasized the importance of preserving access to abortion care.

Climate & Energy

Supports deployment of clean energy in Connecticut—particularly offshore wind—and federal investments in renewable energy and related workforce and manufacturing projects; favors federal clean-energy incentives such as those in the Inflation Reduction Act while working to advance regional transmission and storage upgrades.
