Abortion & Reproductive Rights

Paul Wilson authored the Missouri Supreme Court majority opinion that kept Amendment 3, the reproductive freedom measure, on the 2024 ballot. The opinion rejected arguments that the measure should be blocked for failing to list every law it might affect, which had the effect of allowing Missourians to vote on a constitutional right to reproductive freedom.

Public Safety & Guns

As an assistant attorney general, Paul Wilson defended Missouri’s concealed-carry handgun law at the state Supreme Court. His documented public record is more consistent with support for gun rights and for law-and-order approaches than with support for new firearm restrictions.
