Tony Guy won the Republican nomination for Pennsylvania’s 17th Congressional District, defeating Jesse James Vodvarka in the GOP primary. He will now face Democratic Rep. Chris Deluzio in the November general election. The race had already drawn attention because Deluzio held a large fundraising advantage over both Republican candidates.
