Jason Gibbs is now leading the CA-27 primary with 90% odds, up 78.0 points from the prior leader.
Early returns in California’s 27th Congressional District showed Jason Gibbs ahead of incumbent George Whitesides, but the result is not certified yet. Additional ballots are still being counted, so the market should treat the lead as provisional. Early returns appear to favor Gibbs, but the uncertified count leaves meaningful uncertainty. The Whitesides-related PAC support is a mild counterpoint, but it does not change the current lead signal.
