UNITE HERE has endorsed incumbent Rep. John B. Larson as he faces a Democratic primary challenge from former Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin and others. The primary is set for Aug. 11, 2026. Separately, Larson was highlighted as part of the delegation that secured over $190 million in federal earmarks for Connecticut projects. The union endorsement may strengthen Larson’s position in the Democratic primary, which could reduce uncertainty if traders see him as the likely nominee.
