Louisiana has begun early voting for the May 16 election, but U.S. House votes will not count after the Supreme Court struck down the state's congressional map. The ballot still includes statewide races and other measures, but the congressional contest is now unsettled. This increases uncertainty around the LA-01 Democratic nomination market because the congressional vote will not count as planned.
